Charming house in south of France with incredible views, swimming pool, five bedrooms, and a very personal decor:

Situated only 15. min from Nice airport in the famous town Saint Paul de Vence, with only 15 min drive to the beach, and 20 min to Nice, Antibes and Cannes (click here for map).

Saint Paul de Vence is one of the oldest medieval towns on the French Riviera, and is well known for its modern and contemporary art museums and galleries such as Fondation Maeght which is located nearby.

The house is divided with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms on the first floor. Downstairs there is a lovely open dining, living room area with patio doors out onto to the large terrace, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. In the annex, separate from the house, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The house has every conceivable thing for children such as cots, high chairs, toys etc. Also TV in living room and master bedroom with many English channels. The house is of course equiped with internet (WiFi), dishwasher, and washing machine.

Swimming pool area is found at the bottom of the garden with deckchairs, toilet, outdoor shower, table tennis, table football, and petanque.

A house with a genuine French atmosphere, which is only rented out to friends of the Family.
